A self-hosted AI agent deployment I build, operate and extend. Six specialised agents run in one workspace, each with its own identity, credentials and toolset; a coordinator profile routes the work, delegates to specialists and verifies what comes back before anything ships.

My own container stack on a VPS: Docker, a Traefik reverse proxy issuing Let’s Encrypt certificates automatically (DNS-01 challenge via the Cloudflare API), and a PostgreSQL database reachable only inside the Docker network — no database port exposed.
Eight scheduled automations running daily: a remote-job digest, a finance heartbeat that logs expenses into a shared Google Sheet, a BRL/JPY currency alert, a résumé sync, a daily Git backup of both the knowledge base and the host configuration, plus cache-retention and backup large-file watchdogs.
Integrations wired to real tools: Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) through Composio, GitHub, Firecrawl and MCP servers, with Slack and Telegram as the gateways.
138 reusable skill files (procedural memory) and a 172-commit Markdown knowledge base, both versioned in Git and pushed on a schedule.
Multi-agent workflow: the coordinator delegates, a second agent independently re-checks the artefact, and only then does it ship.
